Remember a few weeks ago I told you I was going to frame a tea towel my grandmother gave me years and years ago?? Well, I was scouring the Internet for framing ideas and came along these other tea towels that had been framed.
This is a great DIY project that can be budget friendly. Just find a tea towel (doesn't have to be a super expensive towel), iron it, visit your local Michael's to find a pre-made frame, a piece of glass and a piece of foam board. Wrap the towel around the foam board and secure with pins. You may want to use a piece of matting to make the frame job look professional ~ Michael's has several colors.
If you can't find what you need ask the Custom Framing Department ~ they have all kinds of great information and suggestions!
And there you have it ~ a unique piece of art!
